Assisted Housing Criteria for Eligibility

To qualify, an individual must earn equal to or less than the following by family size:

    

               Household Members                    Income Limits

1                                      $19,000

2                                      $21,700

3                                      $24,400

NOTE:  Sebastian County is part of the Fort Smith, AR-OK HUD Metro Fair Market Rent Area which includes:  Crawford County, AR; Sebastian County, AR; and Sequoyah County, OK.
