1. Fill out an application. Select Applicant Login and then Register Now. Follow the prompts to complete the online application. If you have any questions about the process, or encounter issues, please call 479-494-7729.
2. Once the application has been completed, you will receive an email regarding the current status, eligibility, and waitlist position.
3. Once the application has been processed, and the applicant has been placed on the waitlist, the applicant will be notified via email when a unit becomes available. All applicants will be required to upload additional documents and go through and extensive rental, credit, and criminal background check. At this time it will be determined if they applicant is approved or denied.
4. The final steps to being approved are putting down the deposit and having a home visit conducted by our management staff to help determine what type of resident you will be.
