The Access Control Request for Proposal will be open until Friday, April 4th, 2025.  Proposals can be emailed to sadams@fortsmithhousing.org or mailed to 2100 North 31st Street, Fort Smith, AR 72904, Attention: Stephanie Adams.  A copy of the Access Control Request for Proposal is located here.

Proposals will be accepted electronically via email, but they must be sent as an attachment.  Attachments will not be opened until after the closing submission date.
