- Rents range from $554 for a 2-bedroom home to $850 for a 4-bedroom home.

SECTION 8 ASSISTANCE
Project Based - North Pointe and Clayton Heights have received awards of Section 8 Project Based Vouchers which provide rental assistance for those who have good credit, clean criminal backgrounds and demonstrate they can care for a home. A family’s income cannot exceed 50% of the Area Median Income by family size to qualify.
Tenant Based – North Pointe and Clayton Heights also welcome applicants with a Section 8 tenant based voucher from the Fort Smith Housing Authority.
